As owner / President of Avalon Insurance Services, LLC, Joseph Filice effectively ensures the development of new business while providing industry leading service and continued growth of existing partnerships.

Joseph graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree and has over 14 years of Sales and Sales Management experience on both the carrier and broker side. Filice has been immersed in the insurance industry specializing in employee benefits for over a decade. Joseph’s experience includes over seven years as group sales representative for Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, independent employee benefits broker and his role as Regional Sales Manager for Allstate Benefits.

Today, Joseph successfully leads Avalon Insurance Services, LLC with thousands of lives covered throughout the nation. Filice exemplifies the personal experience and relationship, which is the foundation in every successful business partnership, and combines this personal touch with years of experience, leading edge technology solutions, analytical research, vast industry relations and immense marketing programs to provide his clients industry leading service and proven financial results.

Ashley is a creative, strategic, and visionary thinker with more than 15 years of marketing experience. She helps Avalon Insurance Services successfully conceptualize, develop, and implement revenue marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation strategies and programs in a fast-paced, and sometimes unpredictable environment. Ashley has a track record of creating high-performing teams and successfully managing multiple clients. Ashley balances her strategic

thinking with strong execution skills and enjoys supporting clients in Central Florida.


Kristin Moul

Director of Administration

As the director of administration for Avalon Insurance, LLC Kristin Moul is responsible for overseeing organizational aspects of the company, overseeing daily operations, and for managing social media accounts. Kristin brings with her over thirteen years of experience in people management, collaboration, technology, and organization. Kristin has a passion for helping people and serving small businesses in the Orlando area with their insurance needs.
